Safety has been a core value and a part of our company from the beginning. NexGen Constructors is committed to the highest standards of safety performance possible consistent with sound construction practices. An organized and effective safety program is developed for each project. We recognize the achievements of those who directly supervise projects with outstanding safety records. We also hold weekly meetings to discuss general safety issues, because safety is everyone’s responsibility. Providing a safe work environment is a priority and adherence to safety policies is a condition of employment.
Our outstanding safety record is no accident, but the direct result of a vigorous, proactive safety program that includes ongoing jobsite inspections, continuous training and motivational efforts to develop safety awareness among all our employees.
